Application Fee

AEMG charges only a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $100 to cover the administrative costs of processing your application. We do not charge any other fee to students for our services including and not limited to fees related to student scholarships or financial aid. Once students have contracted with AEMG, are accepted by a United States educational institute and arrive in the United States – AEMG will refund the $100 application fee and match $100 to help our AEMG students start their educational adventure in the United States.

Miscellaneous Fees

While AEMG only charges a one-time fee, other fees may be required for governmental documentation and colleges or universities including:

  • College or University Fees
  • Health Insurance Fees
  • Documentation Fees
  • I-901 SEVIS Fee
  • Other fees may apply

Name on Documents

Materials for applicants are filed alphabetically under the family surname as indicated by the applicant on the application form. It is important that you use the same name and spelling on all forms, documents and correspondence. Your name must appear the same on your documents as it does in your passport. Any changes or variations in names on academic records need to be carefully explained by a cover letter and accompanied by a copy of the identification page of your passport.

TOEFL/Conditional Admission

All international students are required to submit a TOEFL score. Most colleges and universities offer conditional undergraduate admission pending English language proficiency to students who have met TOEFL requirements. These requirements differ from one university to the next. Students who have been conditionally admitted will take a TOEFL test upon arrival. If score requirements are not met, students will have to enroll in an ESL or IEP course before commencing their studies.

Financial Documentation

Applicants are required to provide supporting documentation to verify adequate funding to pursue their studies at U.S. colleges and universities. Your sponsor must verify that the minimum amount necessary for tuition, fees and living expenses will be available to you. A sponsor confirmation letter will be required if there is no relation between the name on the bank letter and the applicant.

Important Deadlines

Undergraduate applicants are advised to apply at least three months prior to the anticipated semester of enrollment. This allows sufficient time to make all necessary plans prior to departure, such as obtaining necessary documentation and making travel arrangements.
